We will have an initial consultation to talk about your ideas and learn what you are trying to achieve in your space. WGC works closely with many designers and will present you with an initial concept. Upon accepting the initial concept and before any further design work is completed, we will enter into a design agreement and those fees will be applied to your project should you choose to move forward. We will work together to fine tune the design and small details over several rendering phases until you are completely satisfied.
After the design is solidified and a construction agreement is signed we will immediately apply for permits, present a comprehensive schedule and all necessary materials will be ordered. During this time there is a lot of behind the scenes work to organize and ensure the project will run smoothly once it starts. There will be several on-site meetings to ensure every sub contractor is familiar with your home and we are able to make a solid execution plan for an efficient project.
After permits have been received and all of the materials are within roughly 4 weeks of arriving we will begin construction. WGC will maintain constant management and communication with all operations at your home. We will have client meetings at several key milestones to recap what has been accomplished and what we plan to accomplish in the coming weeks. During the build phase, our goal is to work as cleanly and efficiently as possible in order to mitigate client stress and keep your project moving forward.
